The Matapo Hoodie comes from the Samoan word for "faded" or "dimmed," reflecting the garment's sun-faded, distressed aesthetic. Much like the weathered landscapes and rugged beauty of the Pacific, the Matapo Hoodie embraces imperfection as a form of character and individuality. This hoodie features a boxy silhouette that delivers an effortlessly street-ready look. With its distressed detailing on the hood, bold raw-edge pocket design, and frayed cuffs and hem, paired with a subtle vertical tonal gradient, it achieves that lived-in aesthetic. The reactive-dyed fabric maintains color vibrancy, while the intentionally destroyed and sun-faded treatment adds urban character, making every piece uniquely rebellious.
Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, rub, or wring. Wash with like-colored garments. Hang dry and avoid direct sunlight. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature(max 30℃ or 90℉).

Gewoon een super gaaf shirt. Zag het op het Sama Sama festival maar was toen te druk om het te kopen. Na een zoektocht met het zelfs fotograferen van vreemde mensen op de Pasar Malam in Tilburg toch online gevonden. Nu super blij ermee.
