Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of orders.
1. Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive recurring orders based on the plan and frequency you selected.

Payment: Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you’ve chosen a prepaid option.

Auto-renewal: Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Modify or cancel: You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription.

2. Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or launching soon.

Payment: Depending on the product, we may charge no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at the time of ordering. Your payment method will be stored, and the remaining balance will be charged once the product ships.

Cancel: You may cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled—but you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund.

3. Try Before You Buy
With a Try Before You Buy order, you can try the product before your payment is finalized.

Payment authorization: We place a temporary hold on your payment method before shipping your order, but you are not charged right away.

Trial period: You have a specific time window to decide whether to keep the product. If you choose not to keep it, you must return it before the end of the trial period.

Final payment: Once the trial period ends and the product is not returned, the full amount will automatically be charged to your payment method.
